Job Description :
Tracksproject cost expenditures and administering subcontractorcontracts.
Maintains project database for RFI, testing, COand related logs.
Maintains project schedule by monitoringproject progress; coordinating activities; resolvingproblems.
Develops project objectives by reviewingproposals and plans, consulting with management.
Budgettracking, report documentation and management, generaladministrative duties.
Maintains company reputation bycomplying with federal and state regulations.
This rolehas a lot of potential for growth for the right individual withinour organization.
Required Skills :
2+years of multi-department administrative experience & priorexperience in the construction industry.
Proficient inMicrosoft Office, Procore experience a plus
Ability towork in a fast-paced work environment, working independently muchof the time.
