• Own the administration of the company's corporate cell phone program, including carrier accounts, rate plans, device inventory and user assignments.

• Process requests for new lines, upgrades, transfers, device replacements, international roaming and deactivations in accordance with company policy and approval workflows.

• Establish, document and continuously improve mobility processes, including eligibility and approval policies, device standards, onboarding/offboarding, and lost or stolen device procedures.

• Review monthly carrier invoices for accuracy, resolve billing discrepancies, and reconcile charges and cost-centre allocations with Finance.

• Analyze usage data to identify cost optimization opportunities, such as inactive lines, plan right-sizing and pooled data, and implement approved savings measures.

• Coordinate with IT on mobile device management (e.g., Microsoft Intune) enrollment and security compliance for corporate devices.

Reporting & Governance

• Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards to the leadership team covering mobility and telephony spend, usage trends, cost savings, service performance, uptime and incident metrics.

• Provide budget input and forecasting for voice and mobility services, and track actual spend against budget.

• Lead the technical evaluation of voice and mobility services for procurement, and support contract negotiations and renewals.

• Process MACD (move, add, change and delete) requests and resolve incidents and service requests through the ticketing system within agreed service levels.

• Provide after-hours on-call support for critical voice service issues and maintain an up-to-date on-call handbook and escalation matrix.

• Train employees on Microsoft Teams Phone, mobile devices and related tools, and develop user-facing guides.
