What You Bring
- Ideally 4+ years of related experience, in ESG and real estate data analytics, preferably in a fiduciary environment at a real estate asset manager.
- Excellent analytical skills and understanding of ESG related metrics.
- Prior work experience in real estate ESG framework (GRESB, TCFD, SASB, etc.) reporting or a comparable engineering or data analytics (ASHRAE audit) role preferred.
- A related undergraduate degree (emphasis in statistics, environmental science, engineering).
- Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to think critically and problem solve effectively.
- Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with external parties to ensure deadlines are met and work is complete.
- Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to prepare presentations for internal and external parties.
- Strong work ethic and desire to contribute meaningfully to a growing real estate investment and asset management platform.
