Le Centre Roberts/Smart est à la recherche de professionnels de la santé mentale hautement qualifiés, éprouvés et enthousiastes pour fournir des services cliniques directs, des services d'approche et de gestion de cas aux jeunes de 12 à 18 ans et à leurs familles.
Il s'agit d'un poste contractuel assorti d'un généreux programme de rémunération globale comprenant trois semaines de vacances la première année, des congés de maladie, des congés pour obligations familiales, un régime collectif d'assurance-vie, d'assurance-invalidité de longue durée, d'assurance-maladie et d'assurance dentaire, ainsi qu'un régime de retraite à cotisations déterminées - Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP).
Travaillant un cadre de travail fondé sur les traumatismes avec une équipe multidisciplinaire, le travailleur social/psychothérapeute (clinicien) fournira des services de traitement centrés sur le client dans un cadre de traitement sécurisé aux jeunes qui ont des problèmes de santé mentale qui nuisent à leur fonctionnement et nécessitent un niveau intensif d'intervention.
