Description :
Discover Communications Inc. a primary business vendor for Rogers Communications Canada Inc. is looking for someone like you to fill a Customer Service Representative role.
Your objective will be to support new and / or our existing customer base within your assigned regional areas. This will also include supporting the Rogers sales / service teams with respect to RogersDirect and the processing / execution of orders in association with Rogers Communications Canada Inc.
Responsibilities :
- Provide superior customer service by identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Build, manage and maintain positive business relationships through open and interactive communication including emailing and inbound / outbound calls
- Embrace change in a fast-paced, performance driven team environment
- Coordinate with appropriate teams the timely resolution of all customer issues
- Process customer orders accurately based on specifications and terms (e.g. Enterprise or Government accounts) within a timely manner
- Provide post-sales support
- Deal with conflict resolution with emphasis on customer retention
- As required from time to time, assist with onsite device deployment activities
- Ability to :
o Learn the various MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions
o Provide customers with data transfer solutions and the associated support
o Understand the array of wireless products available to better support our customer as required
- Perform other job related duties as assigned or required including creating Reports for their manager.
- Have access to a personal vehicle and hold a valid driver’s licence.
- Participate in customer onsite device rollout activities in the Greater Montreal Area and out of province if required.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Completed high school diploma or higher
- Minimum 3 years customer service experience
- Available to work on a flexible schedule; days and evenings to meet customer demand
- Excellent active listening and communications skills
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to deal with customers tactfully and effectively in a fast paced environment
- Highly organized, ability to multitask and prioritize to optimize results
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Strong computer skills (Windows and internet navigation) and comfort working with wireless devices
- Punctual and committed to work schedules
- Open to Occasional Travel / Vehicle Required
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in a telecommunication role
- Bilingual (English & French proficient) reading / writing is a requirement
- Post-secondary diploma / degree an asset

Travel Requirements : May include travel within Canada.
