Position Overview :
We are looking for a ComplianceOfficer who is passionate about financial complianceand eager to help combat financial crime.
In this role you willplay a key part in monitoring transactions conducting due diligenceand ensuring adherence to AML (AntiMoney Laundering) and CTF(CounterTerrorism Financing) regulations.

KeyResponsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive duediligence on new and existing customers to ensurefull compliance with regulatoryrequirements.
- Monitor transactions and activities forsuspicious behavior and potential money launderingrisks.
- Investigate and analyze unusual patternsdiscrepancies and financial anomalies to mitigate fraud and financialcrime.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement and refine AML policies andprocedures in line with regulatoryframeworks.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records and documentation related toAML compliance efforts.
- Stay informed on thelatest regulatory developments andindustry best practices in AML and CTF.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelors degree in finance accounting businessadministration or a relatedfield.
- Experience : Prior experience in AML compliance within the financial services industry ispreferred.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as FINTRAC and AUSTRAC complianceregulations.
- Strong analyticalskills to identify patterns anomalies and financialdiscrepancies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectivecollaboration across teams.
- High attention todetail with a strong commitment to integrity andprofessionalism.
- Ability to work independentlyand thrive in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
