Job description
As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs to drive our machining processes and produce high-quality parts according to engineering specifications.
Working closely with our engineering and production teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of our CNC machining operations.

Program Development : Using CAD / CAM software (such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, or similar) to generate CNC programs for various machining operations, including milling, turning, and multi-axis machining.
Tool Selection and Optimization : Selecting appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds based on material properties, part geometry, and machine capabilities.
Optimizing tool paths to maximize efficiency and minimize machining time.
Setup and Testing : Setting up CNC machines and conducting test runs to verify program accuracy and optimize machining parameters.
Making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired results.
Quality Assurance : Performing in-process inspections and using precision measuring instruments (such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges) to verify part dimensions and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance : Identifying and resolving machining issues, such as tool wear, machine malfunctions, or programming errors.
Performing routine maintenance tasks to keep CNC equipment in optimal condition.
Documentation and Reporting : Maintaining accurate records of CNC programs, tooling specifications, setup instructions, and production reports.
Providing feedback to engineering and production teams for process improvement.
Safety and Compliance : Adhering to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements related to CNC machining operations.
Promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the organization.
Experience / Qualifications :
Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering, machining technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in CAD / CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and G-code programming.
Strong knowledge of machining principles, tooling selection, and CNC machine operation.

Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
Knowledge of vernier measurements.
Able to work in fast-pace environment and self-motivated.
Can work independently and within a team.

and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
