The IT Support Specialistprovides technical support and maintenance for this companysMicrosoft Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will be amotivated team player who interacts with all associates possesses apositive cando attitude and a high degree of attention to detail.

ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected individualwill work in an organized manner ensuring timeliness and accuracyof thefollowing :

  • Underthe guidance of senior team members assist in providing technicalsupport for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement PowerPlatform and Microsoft 365applications.
  • Learnto troubleshoot and resolve userreportedissues.
  • Supportsenior team members in gathering requirements and implementingbasic customizations andenhancements.
  • Learnto perform basic system administration tasks within the MicrosoftCloud Platform such as user management and securityconfiguration.
  • Assistin conducting training sessions and creating documentation toeducate users on Microsoft Cloud Platform functionality and bestpractices.

EDUCATION&TRAINING

  • ABachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or arelated field isrequired.
  • Microsoftcertifications in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) or PowerPlatform (e.g. PL900) are a plus but notrequired.

WORKEXPERIENCE &ACCOMPLISHMENTS

2years of experience in IT Support preferably with MicrosoftDynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM).

SKILLS&COMPETENCIES

  • Abasic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagementor Power Platform isrequired.
  • Theability to solve complex problems calmly andlogically.
  • Stronginitiative and ability to manage multiple projects by prioritizingand planning work activities using timeefficiently.
  • EffectiveEnglish language communication skills both written and verbal andthe ability to interact with internal staff professionally andexternalusers.

WORK EXPERIENCE & ACCOMPLISHMENTS - 2+ years of experience inIT Support, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CustomerEngagement (CRM).
