JobOverview :
Domusis seeking a talented Bilingual Recruitment Associate who iscompletely fluent in both written and spoken English AND French.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcinginterviewing helping complete security applications and performingsome Administration tasks.
Such tasks could include documents likesafety talks helping writing policies and providing support to ourparent company as required.
CompetitiveSalary range of $60000$65000 / Year depending on level of experience.Eligible for an annual bonus aswell.
Must have 10years Canadian Residency and the capability to achieve or alreadyhave a Secret level Canadianclearance

Duties andResponsibilities :
Collaborate withhiring managers to understand staffing needs and developrecruitmentstrategies
Work with ZohoATS ( applicant tracking system)
Sourcingcandidates through variouschannels
Working withcandidates both internally and externally through all the stages ofpreparing applications for various roles that require higher levelsof security clearances most of these areinperson at the officelocation
Screen resumesand conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualificationsand fit for the variousroles
Helping puttogether and completing onboarding packages for regular employeesand for the more complicated hiring paths that include positionswith Canadian Security Clearancerequirements
Coordinate andschedule interviews for the various Operations Managers andSupervisors asneeded
Manage therecruitment process from the application stage to offer stageensuring a positive candidateexperience
Maintainaccurate and uptodate candidate records in the applicant trackingsystem.
Provide weeklyupdates to Operations and hiring managers on the status of therecruitment process for open filled inpipelinepositions.

RequiredSkills / Abilities :
Fluency in oraland written French and English is amust.
CHRP would beconsidered anasset
Bachelor sdegree or diploma in related field is considered anasset
1 to 2 years asa talent acquisitionspecialist
Strongunderstanding of recruitment techniques and bestpractices
Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills
Ability to buildrelationships with candidates hiring managers and externalpartners
Proficiency inapplicant tracking systems(ATS)
Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasksefficiently with minimalsupervision
Proficient withMicrosoft OfficeSuite
Reliabletransportation to various sitesrequired
WorkingConditions :
This rolerequires work at the company Head Office or at various locationsthroughout Ottawa and occasionally other city locations in Ontarioto conduct investigations provide coaching / support and facilitatelearning.
This position generally works Monday to Friday 8 : 00am to4 : 30pm Eastern time but may occasionally require some additionalhours on evenings and weekends asneeded.
