Role Overview :
Senior Project Coordinator - Salary : $80,000 - $100,000 + Benefits
Responsibilities :
Here’s What You’ll be Responsible for :
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, trades, and the public.
- Ensure compliance with company s Health and Safety Program and Policy and Procedures Manual.
- Assist in preparing and updating project baseline schedules.
- Ensure project teams adhere to timelines and deliverables.
- Prepare, track, and process shop drawings, RFI’s, and SI’s.
- Record, track, and process all construction drawings.
- Prepare contract revisions for approval by the Project Manager.
- Assist in reconciling subtrade and supplier’s accounts.
- Prepare budget reports, monthly Project Cost Reports, cash-flow, and progress billings.
- Coordinate and monitor all deficiencies to completion.
- Provide innovative solutions to project-related issues.
- Manage day-to-day activities for the Project Management team.
- Utilize Company s Project Management Software, scheduling software, and accounting software for project administration.
- Prepare close-out documentation, including O&M Manuals, warranties, coordinate warranty work, and archive project records.
- Assist in securing new work through various project-related activities.
- Supervise, mentor, coach, and train other project personnel, when applicable.
- Monitor and provide feedback on subtrade performance.
Qualification Requirements :
Qualification Criteria :
- Possess an Engineering degree (Civil / Construction / Architectural) or technical college diploma in Construction Management or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of construction experience or equivalent.
- Knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods), industry practices, estimating / budgeting, and scheduling.
- Strong understanding and adherence to safety standards.
- WELL Accreditation is considered an asset.
- Computer literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
- Experience with Primavera P6, Procore, and BIM software knowledge is an asset.
