What You'll Be Doing

The Senior Business Consultant will provide banking center expertise on various operational and change activities, provide input on requirements, impacts, risks, solutions and sprints, and provide a strong overall understanding of the end-user audience.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Process Optimization , the Senior Business Consultant is focused on supporting our frontline with operational processes improvements including change initiatives and ensuring compliance to operational processes.

You will work closely with Banking Centre leadership and other key partners across CIBC to improve processes and provide support to deliver against operational excellence priorities.

How You’ll Succeed

Innovative You can identify, recommend and develop creative solutions that positively impact our frontline employees

Creative / Problem Solver You can seek out, identify, collect and work with client data to formulate recommendations for optimization in our banking centre environment

Design - processes and workflows which maximize efficiency, maintain high level of client service, and comply with regulatory and audit requirements.

Recommend and facilitate process improvement efforts.

Serve (Consult) as a Client Advocate : Leverage strong knowledge of banking centre processes and operations to provide subject-matter expertise on change initiatives, and to identify and implement improvement recommendations on operations gaps and issues.

Collaboration : Build excellent relationships to foster collaboration with partners and project teams to successfully execute project deliverables.

Communication : Use strong communication to advocate with authority on behalf of the frontline. Demonstrate solid interpersonal skills to collaborate with partners, the project team and other members of Frontline Effectiveness to deliver solutions that are easily adopted by the end-user audience.

Accountability : Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines in a high volume environment.
