Sr. Techno-Functional PeopleSoft Consultant to configure, analyze and document business requirements for HCM Modules (Peoplesoft Workforce Admin, Benefits, T&L, Absence Management) for our education client
Location : Hybrid (1 day per week on-site in North York)
Hours per day : 7.5
Duration : ASAP to March 31,
Responsibilities :
- Techno-Functional consultant to analyze and document business requirements of Peoplesoft HCM modules.
- Expertise and hand on experience in configuring the Peoplesoft Workforce Administration, Benefits, Time and Labour, Absence Management modules to meet organizational needs.
- Provide functional expertise in system design, testing, and implementation of enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal HR technology team, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy.
- Develop and deliver training sessions and materials for end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Peoplesoft HCM modules.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into time and labor data using reporting tools like PS queries and SQLs
Experience & Skills
5+ years of experience with Peoplesoft in an operational, hands-on role.Expertise and hand on experience in configuring the Peoplesoft Workforce Administration, Benefits, Time and Labour, Absence Management modules to meet organizational needsProficient in PS queries and SQL scriptingIn-depth knowledge of Peoplesoft processes and best practices.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
