The Opportunity :

We're looking for a Manager, Marketing Programs to join our Marketing team.

Reporting to the VP, Product Marketing and Research, the Manager, Marketing Programs is responsible for driving the execution of complex, end-to-end, go-to-market projects, ensuring they are on time and within budget.

What your day looks like :

  • Drive the implementation of medium to large-size, integrated marketing campaigns and program launches from end-to-end
  • Create detailed project plans which identify and sequence the resources and activities needed to successfully complete the project and ensure buy-in to each plan
  • Manage project budgets based on scope and scale and proactively flag risks and concerns to Product Marketing Directors
  • Work with external vendor partners and with a cross functional team of internal business and marketing professionals to ensure fully integrated and collaborative processes
  • Be an expert in Workfront, our project management and workflow platform, and manage all medium to large-size Product Marketing initiatives in Workfront
  • Set priorities, develop schedules, monitor progress towards goals, and track details / data / information / activities
  • Lead quality assurance and project retrospectives to improve or develop new processes based on retrospective findings
  • Keep Marketing Leads and / or Product Marketing Directors informed of project activity, opportunities, and challenges as they arise
  • Manage and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly project reporting
  • Monitor results of initiatives to track achievement against targeted KPIs
  • Manage and maintain the CXMC project initiatives calendar for all of Aviso's Marketing initiatives
  • Maintain daily contact with stakeholders on project status / deliverables
  • Create and maintain process documentation

Requirements

Your experience and skills :

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred or equivalent work-related experience
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience managing Marketing projects in a complex, matrix organization is required
  • Excellent understanding of project management best practices and project life cycle disciplines is required
  • Project Management and Agile Certifications are preferred
  • Fluent in working across multiple Marketing channels in a B2B environment with multiple partners is required
  • Strong prioritization, delegation, and administrative skills with ability to manage multiple projects involving cross-departmental teams is required
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills using effective communication tools and techniques are required
  • Proven ability to positively and proactively influence others to achieve business results is required
  • Experience working for organizations in transformation and the ability to manage change and ambiguity is required
  • An understanding of Canada's financial services and investment regulatory environment is an asset
  • Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset

Salary

This position is posted with an expected salary range of $90,000 - $115,000 CAD annually. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate and the requirements of the position.
