Position Overview :
Forum Asset Management is seeking an Administrative Assistant | Front Office Reception, reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant, Corporate Operations. The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for visitors and team members, while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. If you are an experienced administrative professional with a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply. Key Duties and Responsibilities :
Administration
- Welcome visitors to Forum and ensure they are properly directed
- Maintain boardroom bookings and monitor the main office phone line
- Order and restock office supplies and groceries for the team
- Maintain and monitor office supply inventory levels, including kitchen, bathroom, office, printer, and workstation supplies
- Monitor the kitchen, boardrooms, and common areas and ensure order and cleanliness
- Coordinate couriers, pick up and distribute mail accordingly
- Update and maintain corporate subscriptions and memberships
- Monthly reconciliation of corporate credit cards
- Track and remind team members of quarterly objectives
