• Recruit, train, and manage front office staff, fostering growth and performance.
• Build strong relationships with customers and promote our services.
• Drive sales and revenue goals while enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and service standards.
• What We’re Looking For :
• Proven experience in a leadership role, ideally in recruitment, sales, or management.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in office tools (MS Office, CRM software).
• A collaborative, results-driven mindset.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
