A.S.P. is looking for a Front Office Administrator who will undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance in North York as well as supporting all paper flow from the field for all divisions. A successful candidate will be required to work with integrity, respect, and take responsibility to maintain confidentiality. What you will do : Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, employees, and applicants at the office. Managing meeting room calendars, facilitating meetings, and taking minutes of meetings in company format Support the recruitment department in managing new hire paperwork, issuance of uniform items and updating trackers / reports etc Support the division’s training in coordinating and scheduling process trainings for staff Complete monthly physical inventory counts as well as aligning all uniform requirements for onboarding Full cycle uniform distribution and collection including dispatching uniform and disposing uniform returns Processing incoming and outgoing mail Monitoring office supplies and placing orders, when necessary, process business cards order for staff. Maintaining office / kitchen environment cleanliness daily Ensuring building operations and maintenance are functioning in proper order. Support HR department in company wide communication, surveys, data management and reporting Act as full-service administrator for Operations Management team – tasks as assigned Other duties as assigned based on company needs Who you are : Must have experience as front desk / Receptionist duties Should be eligible to work in Canada full-time. Familiarity with office machines ex. Phone, Fax, Printer. Advanced knowledge and experience in MS Office especially MS Word and PowerPoint. Strong communication (spoken and written) and people skills. Good organization and multi-tasking abilities. High school diploma and additional qualifications will be a plus.
