Our company is based in Toronto, ON, Canada and we serve clients across the country.Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, orders, and any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities : - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services- Process orders and ensure timely delivery to customers- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends- Assist with administrative tasks as neededQualifications : - High school diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly- Ability to work well in a team environment- Experience in the steel or construction industry is a plusWorking Conditions : This is a full-time, permanent position based in Toronto, ON.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm. Occasional overtime may be required during busy periods.
