Jr. Bilingual (French / English) Customer Service Representative to support Admin Operations team for a large insurance client -
Duration : 6 months (possibility of extension or conversion)
Location : Remote (Toronto, Waterloo or Montreal)
Due to increased demand for our platform, our team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Administrator to join our Admin Operations team.
The Admin Operations team is responsible for providing service and support to our more than , health-care providers on our platform.
Key priorities include; processing provider profile registrations, inbound calls / email inquiries, accurate profile management and ensuring our CRM and processes are best in class to support our scaling business.
Must Have Skills :
- 3+ years experience in a business development, sales support or back office support
- Bilingualism (French, English)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio.
Nice To Have Skills :
- Insurance / Financial experience
- Post-secondary education
Job Responsibilities :
- Act as first point of contact for incoming calls, emails & web requests for information & inquiries from clients
- Provide administrative support for teams and providers
- At all times, ensure data integrity & accuracy of customer profiles
- Support clients with their profiles; Editing, validating and publishing profiles
- Prioritize and problem solve key internal dashboards to ensure our paid subscribers are appearing correctly
- Collaborate with internal business units to support the mandate of the sales operations team
- Deliver on priorities as assigned to execute on billing delivery excellence
- Document all activities for accurate reporting in our CRM
