Job Description

Our client in the Insurance sector is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be a critical part of our client's team, providing exceptional customer service with fluency in both French and English languages. This role is fully onsite, in Mississauga, and will start out on a contract of 11 weeks with potential to go permanent based on performance.

100% on site in Mississauga, ON

Monday - Friday between 8am - 6pm (35 hours per week)

Pay Rate : $22.00 per hour

  • Requirement to study and complete the LLQP program and exam Roles and Responsibilities
  • Providing customers with exceptional service but answering any inquires that they have in a courteous, knowledgeable and professional manner.
  • Problem solving and dealing with situations that arise
  • Searching for requested documents and mailing them out to customers / clients
  • Organize a variety and large quantities of incoming mail, new business, claims mail, general response mail, street mail, payment due notices
  • Responding to inbound inquiries related to insurance products
  • Developing expert-level knowledge of services to assist customers with their inquiries
  • Troubleshooting customer complaints and finding solutions to their problems.
  • Documenting customer interactions and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Adhering to quality standards, procedures, and deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Comfortable in a clerical, data entry role that also involves Customer Service duties
  • Bilingual (French and English, must be 100% fluent in both languages)
  • Interest in obtaining LLQP
