Position : General Manager - Extreme High - Volume Establishment

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to helm the operations of our high-volume dining establishment, renowned for its exceptional culinary and beverage offerings, vibrant atmosphere, and unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction in the downtown core.

This role is a pivotal opportunity for a dynamic leader passionate about crafting memorable dining experiences, driving operational excellence, and leading a dedicated team toward achieving unparalleled success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Leadership & Team Development : Cultivate a culture of excellence and hospitality by mentoring and inspiring the team. Foster an environment that supports growth, recognizes achievement, and promotes from within.
  • Operational Excellence : Oversee all restaurant operations with meticulous attention to detail. Ensure the highest standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness are met consistently.
  • Financial Acumen : Demonstrate comprehensive financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.

Implement strategies to maximize profitability and achieve financial objectives.

Guest Satisfaction : Champion the guest experience by ensuring every interaction is infused with warmth and authenticity.

Address and resolve guest concerns with grace and ensure feedback is leveraged for continuous improvement.

Community Engagement : Act as the face of the establishment within the community. Build and maintain relationships with guests, local businesses, and community organizations to drive brand loyalty and reputation.

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial role within a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
  • Proven track record of operational efficiency, staff development, and financial management.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of the Italian-American culinary landscape.
