eCommerce Product Owner

We are looking for an eCommerce Product Owner for the Digital team, reporting to the eCommerce Team Lead. You will be the product owner responsible of key eCommerce products for BRP's brands websites, from identifying business needs and providing strategic orientation on design, development and continuous optimization.

The selected candidate will lead end to end customer experience digital projects in an innovative environment and tie together strategic thinking, customer experience and governance to ensure digital leadership.

You live and breathe eCommerce, obsessed with qualified traffic acquisition, UX-UI, conversion rate optimization and end to end customer experience.

You are obsessed with strengthening the customer experience, relentlessly pursuing conversion rate optimization, increasing operational efficiency and maintaining a high level of quality.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :

• Define the product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities
• Prioritize features and enhancements
• Lead the teams through execution in an agile and fast paced environment
• Manage the product backlog and drive the entire lifecycle of product development
• Be the expert on all things metrics and data, ensuring a data driven approach
• Test (A / B, user testing, etc.), learn, improve and iterate
• Build and maintain strong relationships and alignment with key stakeholders
• Understand and empathize with customers' behaviors and unmet needs to uncover innovation opportunities

• Ability to build solid business relationships

• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
• Proven track record to successfully implement large, complex digital projects
• 5 years of relevant experience in eCommerce product management
• Great command of English (written and spoken), and French language considered an asset
• Experience with Magento2 EE and Akeneo PIM is considered an asset
