Responsibilities
- System Management : Oversee the overall health and performance of the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
- Customization and Development : Customize and develop Salesforce using Lightning Web Components, Apex, and other tools to meet business needs.
- Business Requirements : Gather business requirements, understand business processes, and assess needs to provide effective solutions.
- Data Integrity and Security : Ensure data integrity, security, and governance, performing regular audits and implementing best practices.
- Implementation Projects : Lead or participate in Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment and adoption.
- Reporting and Dashboards : Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Training and Knowledge Transfer : Coach and train other administrators, facilitating knowledge transfer and ensuring team proficiency.
Qualifications
oKnowledge and implementation of ServiceNow Scripting
oKnowledge of the ServiceNow ITSM Pro suite
oKnowledge of Hardware (HAM) and Software Asset management (SAM) products
oKnowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
oIntegration to third party data sources such as Microsoft Intune, System Center Configuration Manager,
oServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
oServiceNow Certified Application Developer
oServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist : ITSM, HAM, SAM
