CLOUD ADMINISTRATOR

As a Cloud Administrator at LCI Education, you will be responsible for setting up technical standards, administering IT infrastructures, including Azure tenants, and defining operating rules for cloud services. You will collaborate with the global IT infrastructure team, participate in business needs analysis and contribute to the security of the Microsoft 365 environment. Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Azure, scripting languages, and other cloud technologies is essential, with an ability to keep up with emerging trends and work autonomously and proactively.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop technical standards, write procedures and technical documentation;
• Administer and support LCI's IT infrastructure;
• Administer the company's Azure tenants in different environments;
• Define the operating rules for Azure services and optimize costs;
• Collaborate with the Global IT Infrastructure team on IT projects;
• Participate in the definition of standards, guidelines and best practices;
• Act as the team's go-to cybersecurity and Azure operations;
• Monitor the cybersecurity perimeter and resolve cloud cybersecurity incidents.

REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365;
• In-depth knowledge of the virtualization environment and Azure cloud, including AAD, VMs, Intune, Defender, DLP, and MCAS;
• Advanced expertise on Azure Front Door;
• Advanced proficiency in scripting and automation languages such as PowerShell, JSON, Terraform, Ansible, and Azure Resource Manager;
• Knowledge of web application security;
• Proficiency in cloud access and authentication, including RBAC, IAM, IdP, SAML, etc.;
• Bilingualism between French and English.

This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
