Key Responsibilities : Serve as primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their day-to-day needs and concernsMaintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records, including contact information and emergency contactsManage general office tasks, such as supplies, filing, and bankingAssist with accounts receivable, including reviewing reports, processing payments, and updating recordsCoordinate with property managers to ensure timely rent collection and resolve any payment issuesPrepare and code invoices, and ensure timely approval and paymentSupport marketing efforts, including social media updates and promotional campaignsCollaborate with property managers and other team members to achieve property goalsRequirements : Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)Previous experience in commercial real estate administration (an asset)5+ years of administrative experienceProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)Experience with property management software (an asset)Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasksInterested by this position and think you might be a good fit?
