Job Description
As the Lease Administrator, you will contribute to Laura’s success by supporting the activities aimed at the protection of interests of the company through the process of preparation, negotiation, revision, reconciliation and coordination of various lease and lease-related documentation.
How will you support the team?
- Review, amend, negotiate and provide feedback for Lease Contract documentation working in collaboration with the Lease Administration team, internal / external legal counsel and the Executive team.
- Keep record of lease documentation for administrative and financial purposes.
- Prepare monthly rent rolls and billing adjustments, and coordinate payments with the Accounting team.
- Reconcile financial clauses and account statements where applicable with landlords.
- Bill and collect tenant allowances.
Qualifications

- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, with advanced proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of database applications such as Retail Lease, Siterra, Lucernex or other lease management software
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong basic accounting knowledge
- Strong customer service focus
- Strong proficiency in French and English (written and spoken to efficiently communicate with all internal partners)
