Job Title : Collections Agent

Location : 100% Remote

Contract Duration : 5 months

Schedule : Business hours, Monday to Friday

Salary : $22,20 / hour

Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Collections Agent (Remote Contract Role), your responsibilities will include :

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to validate and process daily transactions on client accounts.
• Ensure daily transactions on client accounts are validated and processed accurately.
• Assist other departments by responding to inquiries related to client account transactions.
• Record payments in the accounts receivable system promptly and according to established timelines.
• Reconcile account balances, identify discrepancies, monitor accounts for overpayments, and prepare refund requests for customers as needed.

Qualifications

To excel in these roles, you'll need :

• Bilingual Communication : Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English
• Experience : Minimum 1 year in a similar role, with experience in customer service and collections
• Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Education : DES, DEC, or Bachelor's degree
