Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Collections Agent (Remote Contract Role), your responsibilities will include :
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to validate and process daily transactions on client accounts.
- Ensure daily transactions on client accounts are validated and processed accurately.
- Assist other departments by responding to inquiries related to client account transactions.
- Record payments in the accounts receivable system promptly and according to established timelines.
- Reconcile account balances, identify discrepancies, monitor accounts for overpayments, and prepare refund requests for customers as needed.
Qualifications
To excel in these roles, you'll need :
- Bilingual Communication : Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English
- Experience : Minimum 1 year in a similar role, with experience in customer service and collections
- Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Education : DES, DEC, or Bachelor's degree
