PRODUCTION AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT
The Production and Product Assistant plays a key role in supporting the production and product development processes within the organization. This position involves assisting in the coordination of manufacturing activities, ensuring product quality, and contributing to the overall success of the production team.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring production schedules, ensuring timely execution of manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with quality control to inspect and verify the quality of products, identifying and addressing any issues.
- Assist in communicating with suppliers and vendors regarding product specifications, order status, and other relevant information.
- Work closely with Product Development to provide administrative support, including organizing product samples, tracking prototypes, and maintaining documentation.
- Input and maintain accurate data related to production and product development in databases or other systems (Fusion, , Netsuite, PLM).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Creative Services, and Marketing, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Assist in scheduling production tasks, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars for the production and product teams.
- Aid in identifying and resolving production-related issues, working closely with team members to implement effective solutions.
- Prepare and organize production-related documents, including production reports, product specifications, and standard operating procedures.
- Help with sample management in / out of department and within creative services, marketing, and sales.
