We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence(BI) Developer to join our team!

The BIDeveloper a highly motivated and experienced professional with awide knowledge of development building and support of BusinessIntelligence Data Warehouse OLAP Reporting Data Mining and Dataintegration solutions.

In this hand on role the BI Developer willbe responsible to build and load enterprise information by usingdata warehouses and marts design cube models and build dashboardand reports.

Duties of the BIDeveloper

Tasks of the BI Developer may include but not limited tothe following :

• Maintain support andenhance the business intelligence data backend including datawarehouses.
• Map configurations and complexdata architectures ensuring documentation meets current andforecasted needs.
• Collaborate and work withend users to ensure that data and reports meet their businessneeds.
• Design and Implement of data storageand governance systems.
• Design and Monitorenduser reporting tools and systems ensuring reports are accurateand up to date.
• Coordinate with BusinessManagers to translate business requirements into coherent BusinessIntelligence (BI) reports.
• Generate BIreports dashboards and data models with the help of BI tools andMSOffice products.
• Manage upgradesmodifications maintenance and troubleshooting of BI systems.
• Design develop test and implement datawarehouse systems for BI reporting and analysis.
• Prepare and maintain BI reporting and analysisdocumentations.
• Identify opportunities toimprove processes and strategies with technology solutions
• Identify development needs in order toimprove and streamline operations
• Providerecommendations to enhance BI system performance andcapacity

Experience and SkillsRequirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience working with datawarehousing implementations and dimensional modelling
• Solid understanding of the data warehousing endtoenddevelopment life cycle
• Strong SQL programmingskills and solid understanding of relational databases and dataarchitecture
• SQL Server skills including SQLobjects development performance tuning data analysis andintegration
• Practical experience with ETLdevelopment and associated tools
• Experiencewith enterprise repository tools data modelling tools data mappingtools and data profiling tools
• Ability to readcode and support applications reports and processes
• Experiencewith Agile sprints SQL and HTML
• Experiencewith at Key BI Market tools including MS Power BI
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication interpersonal andpresentation skill
• Proven abilities to takeinitiative and be innovative

Education and TrainingRequirements

The minimum postsecondary education requirement is abachelors degree with concentrated study in Computer ScienceEngineering or other related disciplines.

Related BI Training orcertification would be an asset
