You'll work closely with development teams to ensure that technical solutions align with business goals and long-term strategy, driving innovation, consistency, and maintainability across CLBC's application landscape.This role blends hands-on architecture with team leadership, guiding best practices in coding, code review, technical standards, and performance optimization.
