Car-On Auto Sales of Ottawa, ON is looking to hire a full-time Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager (F&I Manager) to join our close-knit car sales team.

Family-owned and located in Ottawa, we are a pre-owned automotive dealership in a league of our own. We are Eastern Ontario's largest and fastest-growing pre-owned store.

R esponsibilities :
- You are determined to provide your customers with the best options for financing and insurance coverage to suit their needs
- You follow up on credit applications and negotiate with lenders for approvals
- You p resent and sell aftermarket products ( warranties and insurance ) that would be a good fit for your customers
- You c oordinate, schedule, and oversee all daily deliveries with sales staff and customers
- You work toward goals to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets
- You p repare and complete all required sales documents (purchase agreements, finance contracts, registration applications, etc.
accurately and in compliance with store policies and OMVIC regulations
- You b uild strong relationships with lending institutions and evaluate credit reports effectively
- You k eep all customer information confidential
- You p rioritize satisfaction for both customers and team members
Q ualifications :
- Valid OMVIC license (or ability to obtain) and valid Driver's License
- 2 years of A utomotive F&I M anagement experience
- Strong people skills with clear communication (both spoken and written) and a focus on great customer service
- Detail-oriented, good with numbers, and strong at analyzing data
- Able to work quickly and stay organized under tight deadlines
- Skilled at negotiating, and solving problems
