Our client a prominent companywith a global reach seeks a proficient Organizational ChangeManagement to be a part of the Technology Services Group you willbe responsible for the full systems development lifecycle fromrequirements gathering through coding testing and implementation ofLeadership Delivery Solutions.
The Senior Manager will work closelywith clients and must demonstrate individual functional andprofessional knowledge to ensure work products and deliverables areof the highest caliber.
The Senior Manager will apply projectmanagement expertise to identify develop and implement techniquesto improve engagement productivity increase efficiencies mitigaterisks resolve issues and optimize cost savings for clients and toensure that all project deliverables are created on time and withinbudget by more junior team members.
The Senior Manager will workclosely with clients to address issues and identify opportunities.The Senior Manager will also carry specific yearly managed revenueand salestargets.
Yourresponsibilities willinclude :
- Aminimum of 5 years experience working with the designimplementation and support of knowledge management solutions andrelated technologies for collaborative informationsharing
- Aminimum of 5 full life cycle large projectimplementations
- Aminimum of 5 years experience working with current solutionconfiguration andprocess
- Provenexperience managing and leading small to largeteams
- Extensiveexperience with management consulting or consultingservices
- Excellentanalytical and problem solvingskills
- Excellentverbal and written communicationskills
- Strongexecutive presence and ability to interact with topexecutives
- Successfulteamwork experience & demonstrated leadershipabilities
- BachelorsDegree in a related area ofstudy
- 10years of related workexperience
