Position : Production Operations Manager

Location : Toronto, ON

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000 per year (depending on experience)

Industry : Manufacturing / Doors & Windows / Building Materials / Production

Employment Term : Fulltime / Permanent

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the production floor, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of production schedules.
  • Identify areas for process improvement, implement new techniques, and streamline operations to enhance productivity.
  • Led, trained, and motivated the production team to ensure optimal performance and high levels of engagement. Handle scheduling, task assignments, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly followed, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Performs all other related Production Operations Manager-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a door and / or window manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in the fiberglass or entrance door manufacturing industry is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS. Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
