About the job Data Entry & Customs Coordinator
Seeking a data entry / customs coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have exceptional critical thinking, multitasking and attention to detail skills; ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data. The focus is on preparing e-manifests, customs bond documents and coordinating customs clearances with brokers. The key to victory in this role is keeping in close contact with Dispatchers and Drivers to ensure timeliness of preparing their cross border documentation.

Key responsibilities of this position :
Trucking experience is essential. Truck mate or equivalent trucking computer software and customs procedures preferred but not mandatory.
