Starshot is seeking a Digital Project Manager with knowledge of design, understanding of front-end development and copy to join our Design Studio team.
The primary role of the Digital Project Manager will be to manage and ensure quality delivery of studio assets, manage timelines, and production resources.
Utilize your creativity and technical ability to the fullest while helming large and small projects for some of the biggest name in technology.
We are seeking to fill a full-time position in our Toronto office (currently remote but will be adapting a flexible hybrid workplace with remote being primary).
Job description :
- Work with designers, programmers, and account managers to develop programs from initial briefing to final asset delivery
- Use your creativity to find new ways to build unique content that captures an audience’s interest and simplifies complex subject matter
- Schedule and manage multiple ongoing projects with competing deadlines
- Proactively anticipate potential project challenges and suggest solutions or contingency plans
- Ensure production time and costs are being tracked accurately
- Plan and manage the execution of ongoing development for websites, emails, print materials and virtual events
- Proofread copy and provide constructive criticism
- Review all creative assets to ensure the best practices are being followed for each brand, quality assurance is being met and delivery aligns with the creative brief
- Participate in resource planning, production meetings, client meetings and project scoping as needed
Qualifications :
- Experience managing digital projects
- Knowledge of graphic design aesthetics and technology
- A basic understanding of html
- Ability to manage production resources
- Exceptional command of English
- The ability to work independently and drive a project forward
- Able to problem solve and provide recommendations where necessary
