What you will bedoing :
- Consistentlyoffer professional friendly and proactive guest service whilesupporting fellow colleagues
- Assist guestregarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpfulway
- Mix drinks and control the beverage stockas per guidelines
- Have full knowledge ofbeverage lists and promotions
- Have knowledge ofall menu items garnishes contents and preparationmethods
- Follow outlet policies procedures andservicestandards
Qualifications :
Yourexperience and skillsinclude :
- PreviousMixology experience including cocktail creationrequired
- Excellent knowledge of all beverageproducts
- Previous Point of Sale Systemexperience an asset
- Excellent communication andorganizational skills
- Strong interpersonal andproblem solving abilities
- Highly responsibleand reliable
- Ability to work well underpressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability towork cohesively as part of a team
- Ability tofocus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at alltimes
