THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager, Accounting, you will :
- Asses and process complex financial transactions accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance in accordance with accounting policies
- Ensure that Aritzia’s accounting records are accurate and complete
- Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Govern the financial data that builds our financial reporting
- Provide insightful analysis and reporting to executive management
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Manager, Accounting has :
- Proven skills, certifications, education and / or experience in Accounting, including a professional accounting designation
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION :
The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
