Randstad is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work for a well-known Printing company in the Mississauga area.

This is a temp to permanent, hybrid opportunity. To find out more, read below :

Type : Temporary to Permanent (3 month contact)

Pay : $23 / hour

Hours of Operation : Mon - Friday 8 : 30 - 4 : 30

Location : Mississauga (Matheson Blvd E & Explorer Dr)

Hybrid : 3 days in office

Equipment provided

Potential to go permanent after 6 months

Responsibilities

  • Answer all inbound calls from customers and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure all updates and information and inputted into SAP accurately
  • Monitor tickets to ensure all customers are left satisfied
  • Review customer accounts to ensure you are providing the best service possible
  • Deal with all calls on a First Contact Resolution, if needed, passing along to the triage team
  • Perform other duties as necessary

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and / or call center experience is a must
  • SAP experience is an asset
  • Strong typing
  • Excel skills
  • Team player, motivated, outgoing personality
