We are looking for a customer-oriented and adaptable receptionist to take on a 2-month contract with one of the biggest advertising agencies in Canada.
This position is fully onsite and located in heart of downtown toronto.

Responsibilities
- Keeping meeting rooms, common areas, and kitchen are tidy and in order
- Reception and greeting of customers
- Ensure printers are well stocked with paper
- Stock the refrigerator with soft drinks, order stock of the kitchen as needed
- Assist with the mailroom and couriers as needed
- Resolving facility-related issues
- Inspections, reporting safety issues and malfunctions, assisting in scheduling repairs.
- Supervising projects and company events,
- Maintaining facility recycling and shredding programs
- Conducting physical assets inventories and disposition of assets
- Ensure all common areas are clean while conference rooms are in order and ready to welcome clients
- Process supply orders and supplier management
- Maintains furniture in good state of repair per office standards
- Tracks maintains, and orders consumable items, office supplies, janitorial supplies, and other facility-related items.
- Documents the delivery of items, monitors backorders and validates invoices for payment approval by management.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- ability to lift up of 25 pounds
- 2+ year of receptionist experience.
- 1+ years experience working in an office setting and corporate enviroments
- strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- personable and customer service oriented
- strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Great wririten and communcation skills
