Our client, in Real Estate Management, is looking for a self-motivated, tech-savvy, problem-solving individual to join their team as a Project Coordinator in their North York, ON, office.

You will be part of a collaborative team with the same goal : to perform to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

  • email correspondence and follow-ups with clients
  • attend meetings to give and receive updates on current projects
  • work with internal staff in other departments when needed
  • complete invoices using templates - heavy Excel usage for this
  • scanning, filing, and other clerical duties
  • data entry in templates, including contracts
  • traveling to other locations (TTC accessible) to perform related tasks such as taking photos or meeting with contractors

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of admin or relevant experience
  • strong in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
  • tech savvy and has a strong understanding of computers
  • Construction or property management background is an asset
  • knowledge of Yardi software is an asset
  • excellent written and verbal skills
  • attention to detail
  • ability to work independently
