About the Role :
Join our client's marketing team as a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
What You Will Do :
- Foster our online community by engaging with followers and managing user-generated content.
- Lead social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales.
- Analyze social media metrics for strategic planning and improvement.
- Collaborate with Marketing to integrate social strategies with broader marketing efforts.
- Keep abreast of the latest in social media trends and technologies.
- Engage with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our social reach.
- Manage the Brand Merchandise program alongside Brand Managers.
- Participate in and support cross-functional projects.
What You Bring :
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- 2+ years of social media management, including community engagement and moderation.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data analysis.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented, with a knack for accuracy and problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
