The Health Law and Specialty Risk & Insurance Groups at Lerners are looking for an Associate to join our Toronto office. This position requires a minimum of 3 days in office per week.

The ideal applicant will have 2-4 years of litigation experienc e practicing in Insurance Defence, Insurance Law and / or Health Law.

Experience in Regulatory Health or Public Entity Liability matters would be an asset and Plaintiff Personal Injury experience will be considered.

A demonstrated track record of providing excellent client service is a must.
