Deliverables :
ASenior Business Analyst FFS resource is needed for the IFIS InCloud Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) Implementation initiativefor the belowdeliverables :
- Providea comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis servicesfor clients with diverse business and technologicalneeds.
- Interactwith the business stakeholders and subject matter experts tounderstand their requirements through gathering documentinganalyzing and validating business needs andrequirements.
- Prepareand advise on business analysis policies processes best practicesand standards to promote a comprehensive and consistent businessanalysis practice within theorganization.
- Provideexpert knowledge to manage large scale highly complex high profileand highrisk enterprise wide and / or multijurisdictionalinitiative.
- Ensureinitiative / program is delivered cost effectively and efficientlyand in compliance with organization s methodologies standards andframeworks.
- Developsound processes for requirements gathering including but notlimited to JAD sessions interviews mockupsetc.
- Conductbusiness modeling; use case modeling; conceptual and logical datamodeling; process and data flow modeling; use case surveys;
business rules definition and nonfunctional requirementsdefinitions for assignedprojects.
- Monitorsprogress resolves problems and reports regularly to I&ITmanagement andstakeholders.
- Facilitateworking sessions with business stakeholders the number of sessionswill be determined based on the projectrequirements.
- Reviewrelevant policies and procedures and provide updates asrequired.
- Identifyingthe gaps on the business requirements between current processes andOIGcapabilities.
- Collaboratewith technical resources to develop OIGsolution.
- Documenttest strategy test scripts and test plans.
- DemonstrateOIG solution to executives managers and endusers.
- Documentuser guides / manuals and processes and conduct usertrainings.
- CoordinateUser Acceptance Testing and resolution of issues in collaborationwith technicalresources.
- Facilitatechange management activities such as build communication plan workwith key stakeholders on processchanges.
