Primary Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advise and implement website information architecture changes, ensuring optimal user experience and navigation efficiency.
• Lead webpage production and revision, from coding to layout design, component integration, and deployment of HTML-related content.
• Spearhead web and user experience design initiatives, optimizing page and site layouts, developing and manipulating images, and collaborating with developers for template updates / enhancements.
• Manage and curate website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timeliness across all digital touchpoints.
• Coordinate various website and web service-related projects, tracking tasks across multiple properties, and liaising with freelancers and stakeholders to meet client needs within budget constraints.
• Conduct QA testing and functional validation of updates and enhancements to ensure seamless performance and adherence to quality standards.
• Fulfill related communication duties as assigned, facilitating effective collaboration and information sharing across teams.
• Configure and generate trend reports using Google Analytics and Tag Manager, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Required Skills :

• Advanced proficiency in Content Management and eCommerce systems, with expertise in Drupal, WordPress, and Shopify.
• Extensive knowledge of HTML and CSS development languages, enabling efficient coding and customization of web elements.
• Proven efficiency in industry-standard web coding and design applications, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with digital accessibility best practices, particularly the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.x AA), ensuring inclusivity and compliance.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a notable asset, facilitating effective communication with diverse audiences.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, with the ability to extract actionable insights and optimize performance.
• Familiarity with Google Looker Studio and / or Microsoft PowerBI for dashboarding is a notable asset, enabling comprehensive data visualization and analysis.
