We’re searching for a Toronto-based Junior Software Developer to join our Global R&D team, so that we can enhance our Human Capital Management stack.
The Junior Software Developer will support the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions to drive RLDatix's mission of improving healthcare safety.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
Review, refine, estimate, and prioritize functional changes in close collaboration with the Scrum Squad to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Produce clean and efficient code adhering to relevant patterns and standards to achieve engineering excellence.
Engage in design and review processes as an author to ensure robust software solutions.
Perform verification and validation to ensure product backlog items are complete and ready for handover.
Troubleshoot customer production issues to ensure smooth and efficient software operation.
