Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software. Strong knowledge of Canadian tax laws, including Ontario / Quebec-specific requirements. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Our client, an eCommerce multibrand company, is looking for a Financial Controller to oversee and manage all financial aspects of voilechic.com and its related brands. In this role, you'll ensure the accuracy of financial records, develop strategies to optimize costs, and drive financial efficiency across the portfolio. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is integral to supporting the company's growth and achieving its ambitious goals.
Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Bookkeeping and Financial Cleanup
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records for all brands, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Perform monthly reconciliations and rectify any discrepancies.
