Meaningful work you'll be part of

As a M365 and Power Platform Senior Solutions Architect , you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Design applications or services within the organization, with focus on developing and deploying digital products and services based on Microsoft 365 suite
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design comprehensive Microsoft 365 solutions
• Solution the development of projects executed by our d evelopment teams and oversee and assess the development executed by Vendor's teams
• Design SharePoint Online and Power Platform applications or services within the organization
• Conduct thorough reviews of custom code developed for SharePoint Online, including web parts, apps, workflows, and other solutions
• Shape and deliver projects to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and our own quality criteria
• Proactively assist the development lead in the management of SharePoint Online and Power Platform application development program, including updating the roadmap and plan the team allocation
• Proactively assist the Enterprise Architects and the Director of Architect ure in assessing technology solutions
• Be actively involved in planned or unplanned business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new / existing clients
• Supervise and support Vendor's developers in the context of projects
• Continue to improve internal development and design techniques related to SPO, Power Platform and other Microsoft 365 tools, and maintain documentation up to date
• Continue developing skills related to Microsoft 365 as well as Azure services such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps and Azure Integration Services

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve

• Extensive hands-on experience in large-scale software solution implementations with supervisory experience of an IT Development team
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Certification and Microsoft Development Certifications preferred
• Strong experience in developing and working with SharePoint 2013 / 2016 using both full-trust and client-side code ( REST , JSOM, CSOM )
• Hands-on experience in developing and working with SharePoint Online, PowerApps and Power Automate, SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and React.js
• Extensive hands-on with M365 tools, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Copilot Studio, Power Pages) Azure O pe n AI Service, Microsoft Copilots, SharePoint Online, SPFx, React, Azure DevOps, Git, Azure Functions and Logic Apps, Azure Integration Servic es, HTML , JavaScri pt, CSS , PowerShell , and .Net
• AvePoint, Power BI , Power Copilot Studio Virtual Agent, Other M365 tools (Forms, Planner, Delve ), Node.js, npm , Yeoman, TypeScript, Gulp, Angular are nice to have
• A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and / or coaching diverse people and perspectives
