Position Summary :

The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for successfully leading and executing a variety of IT projects for our clients. This role offers an opportunity to demonstrate and expand your technical expertise in server management, cloud migration, network configuration, VOIP, and more, while mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead IT Projects : Plan, manage, and execute IT projects, taking charge of server upgrades, VM migrations, network configurations, and more.
• Design Client-Centric Solutions : Lead and collaborate on designing custom IT solutions tailored to client needs, including VOIP telephony solutions on the 3CX platform.
• Cloud Management : Independently manage and migrate files and directories to cloud platforms like Azure AD, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Network Management : Install, configure, and maintain wireless access points, switches, routers, and other network components.
• Provide Technical Leadership : Guide and mentor junior engineers, ensuring high standards of technical support and client satisfaction.
• VOIP Telephony : Lead the installation and configuration of VOIP telephony solutions on the 3CX platform.
• Documentation and Reporting : Create and maintain detailed project documentation, reporting progress and challenges to the Project Coordinator.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the Project Coordinator for scheduling, stakeholder communication, and project updates.
• Standards and Process Improvement : Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline deployment processes, enhance documentation, and increase efficiency through automation.
