Le rôle
En tant que Superviseur.euse Expédition (fin de semaine), tu diriges et développes ton équipe tout en optimisant les opérations quotidiennes du centre de distribution à haut volume. Tu contribues activement aux initiatives d'amélioration continue et aux projets technologiques pour assurer l'excellence opérationnelle.

Horaires : Samedi et Dimanche (24h/par semaine)

Ce que tu feras
  • Gérer les plans de personnel, les horaires, les niveaux de performance et les initiatives de changement de processus.
  • Soutenir, encadrer et motiver le personnel salarié et horaire pour favoriser leur développement.
  • Construire et exécuter des plans de productivité via l'analyse des prévisions et des effectifs.
  • Veiller au respect des mesures de sécurité, du contrôle qualité et de la promesse de livraison.
  • Diriger des projets de grande envergure au sein du site d'expédition.
  • Collaborer avec les départements et les ressources humaines pour élaborer des plans de soutien aux besoins de l'entreprise.
Qui tu es
  • Plus de 2 ans d'expérience en gestion directe d'employés et de la performance.
  • Détenteur.rice d’un baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent .
  • Connaissance avancée des logiciels opérationnels et de rapports (Looker, Excel et WMS).
  • Capacité d'analyse approfondie des données pour fournir des solutions d'affaires concrètes.
  • Habileté à gérer plusieurs programmes avec des parties prenantes internes et externes.
  • Capacité à travailler selon un horaire flexible au besoin (soirs, week-ends et jours fériés).
  • Bilingue (Français et Anglais), tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.

The role
As a Shipping Supervisor (weeklend), you will lead and empower your team while overseeing daily operations in a high-volume distribution center. You will leverage your leadership to improve processes and participate in strategic continuous improvement initiatives.

Working hours : Saturday and Sunday (24h/week)

What you will do
  • Manage staffing plans, schedules, quality control initiatives, and performance levels.
  • Support, coach, and motivate both salaried and hourly personnel.
  • Build and execute productivity plans through volume and staffing forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with safety measures, quality control, and delivery promises.
  • Lead large-scale projects within the site.
  • Partner with all departments and HR to develop plans that support business needs.
Who you are
  • 2+ years of experience in direct employee and performance management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Advanced knowledge of operations and reporting software (Looker, Excel, and WMS).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide practical business solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple programs with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.
