Job Description
The Opportunity :
Reporting to the Group Manager, Application Development, the Senior Programmer Analyst will design, write and maintain processes related to our CRM ecosystem; develop specific computer and business expertise necessary to provide computerized solutions and maintenance to assigned project / system areas.
What you do :
- Code, maintain, test, and debug subsystems to ensure high-quality and efficient solutions.
- Provide strategic input on system changes, focusing on feasibility, maintainability, and cost / benefit analysis.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for applications and solutions.
- Lead the development strategy for business components interacting with the CRM ecosystem.
- Research and recommend innovative architectural solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- Establish and enforce best practices for design, development, deployment, and system performance.
- Administer and manage the Salesforce platform, including configuration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Lead technical resources, ensuring quality deliverables in a project context.
- Propose and anticipate system changes and new technologies to stay competitive.
- Participate in “on-call” application support, as needed.
